Caviar processing
Caviar is extremely delicate and as such, is highly perishable. The fish are treated carefully by hand on site assuring a fast process from the fish to the can.
At Fresh & Royal, we take the upmost care to guarantee that your caviar arrives in perfect condition. Your caviar is freshly packed at the farm and shipped chilled.


Please consider the following recommendations
Store your Caviar in the coldest part of your refrigerator. Never freeze your Caviar.
Open your tin with a small butter knife.
Caviar is like wine, once the tin is exposed to air, it is best enjoyed within two to three days of opening it.
To serve your caviar, you may use the tin it is in, and place it over a bowl of ice, much like oysters, Caviar needs to remain cold.
Fresh Caviar can be kept for up to three months in its original sealed container.
